Naz won 6A last year and 5A this year. The success factor policy states that a school has to win two titles in the same class before the bump up occurs. Should Naz petition to play in 6A next year?

According to sources, the enrollment takes a jump up and they are in 6A either way, but no bump for two titles.

Naz should be 6A based on Enrollment this year. With that said I think IHSA is going to change something again with success factor, multiplier, etc that even they won't understand.

No SF applied to Naz since 2 different classes. However I also think some changes might be on way. Whether its a higher multiplier for certain teams or SF now applied in this situation etc.

Ihsa uses previous year enrollments.

So basically, Naz would be "eligible" for 5A, if enrollment dictates it. If their enrollment dictates 6A, they will be 6A. No success factor applied.
