I have this feeling that the Celtics will somehow beat the Cavaliers. I can't stand them but the Celtics are so tough mentally and Cleveland has had it pretty easy so far. I think the Lakers will get their crap together and quit farting around in order to reach the Finals for a rematch of last year.

Cleveland beats the Celtics 4-2 and plays the Lakers in the finals. Cleveland beats LA in 6 games. Lebron is the 17'ing man.

Probably because they're so much better than everyone else.

This is the year that Lebron officially takes the reins of the league for then next 15 years.

However the East is so freaking weak. I think playing the Pistons and Hawks have made Cleveland look like the greatest team ever. The Celtics even without KG are light years better than Detroit and Atlanta. It won't be an easy series for the Cavs and if Boston can steal game one in Cleveland if Cavs come out rusty from the layoff then Boston might could pull the upset. I am probably completely wrong but I can see it happening.

Denver is the best team that nobody is talking about. Do not be shocked if the Nuggests 17 around and beat the Lakes next round and end up playing the cavs.

if they don't let their egos get in the way, i think they beat the lakers. denver seems to be getting hot at the right time, and the lakers have screwed around and let the rockets make a series out of round 2, even though they are without mcgrady and now yao. sure, the lakers finally righted the ship last night, but they have certainly been less than impressive. you just don't know who from the lakers, other than kobe, is going to show up on a given night. </p>

Oughta go with the Cavs but I have a feeling about the Nuggets. Sometimes when a team is as perfect as the Cavs, it seems like they just have that out-of-sync night at the worst possible time.

Dampier and the Mavs their biatch this year. Beat them 8 of the 9 times they played (the first 7) with the only loss being the 2 point margin in Game 4 of the just concluded series. Based on what I'm seeing the Nuggets have an excellent shot of beating the Lakers or Rockets.
