Billups was involved in a rigged poker ring. Rozier altered his performance so bets would pay out.
Similar to the Johntay Porter arrest from a couple years ago if you follow the NBA. Tip off people to bet the under (on your points, rebounds, etc.) and fake an injury.

Got flagged by Las Vegas for abnormal betting activity and reported to FBI. After being flagged, Rozier goes out with an injury which insures he is under all of his betting numbers for points, etc. From that point, Rozier has been in the FBI's crosshairs.
Can the FBI investigate the ping pong, envelope draft position thing, always seem rigged to me, especially the year Ewing went to the knicks, LOL

Maybe the SEC ref Williamson was fixing games and the SEC took action given the FBI and the NBA in advance of another FBI investigation.
