Its also worth noting.. knicks fans are going to travel to OKC/SAS. Maybe not to the level of Philly or Cleveland, but they will if they make it to the finals. I bet those games will have a good contingency of Knicks fans. On the other end... Knicks games will be 99.91% Knicks fans, sans for some rich oil money guys who come to town.

Hate on New York all you want, but we have the money to go anywhere we want in droves.

Sorry they beat the 6 and 7 and 4 seed in a weak east. Im not impressed. At all.

The West is of course a much better conference and it has been for like 20 years.

But if youre not impressed by what the Knicks are doinf right now, I don't know what to tell you. 10 wins in a row. Its some of the best basketball we've seen in a while.

Knicks dominating. We will see how they do when they move up to the varsity game k NBA finals. No more jv teams.
They are on fire right now. I don’t know if they can beat OKC or even SA, but they are playing the best ball right now overall probably. I hope they make it a good series regardless. Love to see KAT win one. He’s taken a lot of undeserved heat in his career IMO and he’s been on a lot of winning teams.

I firmly believe they beat the Spurs at this point. OKC? Not so much. But thats also because OKC has just an insane amount of talent.. in 3 years this OKC team is gonna blow past the salary cap by about $300mil lol.
I don’t think Presti cares, he will trade the max deals he doesn’t need and get 100 picks to do it again. Dude is a monster GM and the league doesn’t know how to handle him. He fleeces every front office out there.

I read a story about Ed Sullivan recently and they talked about his greatest gift was spotting early what the public would love.

Presti is like that as a GM. He has a gift for seeing greatness before it’s great. And how they fit together.

Like the Bald Eagle, Caruso. Of course he was a known quantity when they got him. But he knew he was a great fit. Like someone else said, all championship caliber teams need a guy like that.

Donte is like that. How much better would the Knicks be if they could have kept him?

Presti is probably trying to figure out how to get him.

It wasn’t popular for Krause to say many years ago that organizations win titles.

But he was correct.

Yeah, I believe Presti is also a master of getting the maximum value for every player he trades for or away. Best GM in sports by far.

He probably is but the miluakee brewers gm is pretty good in a similar role in a small market - finding diamonds in the rough and maxing out players other teams didn’t want anymore

Yeah he is very good as well. Baseball may even be harder since you can buy a championship or try to every year.

Feels like this series will be tied, in large part due to Jwill being out. But, it sure seems like Jaylin Williams is going to be in and out the rest of the way.

Yeesh.. just 47 points through like 70% of the game.

If spurs are smart, you start thinking of resting Fox, Harper and any other player thats banged up. Maybe not quite yet, but very soon.

This series and the finals are really gonna come down to who is healthy and who has their legs left.

Yes, to find ~10k people to fill an arena, it's more probable to find a New Yorker that can do that at the drop of a dime. However, NYC's area median income is about 50% higher than SA's (assume a 3 person family), but the median home price is ~233% higher in NYC. Most people in SA are living more comfortably than most in NYC.

I think SGA draws more of those than any player I’ve ever watched. Dude just seems to have a special knack for knowing how to get refs to blow their whistle.

I honestly think a lot of it is that the NBA refs just arent good at officiating ghe mid range game. Maybe too many bodies around to see? They seem to have figured out the 3pt game and in the game in the paint. But like, how are they gonna miss that foul the other night where SGA wasnt even touched?

I alluded to this a few months ago and wish I mentioned it more, but there's now a lot of chatter about the NBA possibly addressing this officiating. The OKC games are almost unwatchable and the NBA cant have that. I wonder if theres a betting app that would let you put a future bet taking the under on SGA FTAs next year. Would be easy money.

Cleveland sealed their fate when they got Harden. No one will win with Harden. They really got further along than they should have.

They just mailed it in tonight because they had to show up. They are ready to be done.

He really is one of the least clutch, organization killers, and just general chokers i think wever ever seen in sports. Given his talent in the regular season, is it even close?

So I drained my FanDuel account betting against the Knicks for pure passion these past few games. Took a last stand at halftime and put all I had on the Cavs. Surely they would win one token game? NOPE! No more betting for me until the World Cup.

Congrats to Knicks fans, the Garden is going to be LIT. Hell I might hit up a game if the Spurs end up playing them, and I can afford the damn tickets. AND PARKING. AND THE BRIDGE AND TUNNEL TOLLS. AND CONGESTION PRICING. ETC ETC.

I know the East isnt great, but its becoming too hard to ignore this run that the Knicks are on. A month ago I figured if they rven GOT to the finals, OKC would sweep them in 4, or Spurs probably in 5 games.

If I had to bet now, I think they take the Spurs fairly easily but I still probably pick OKC to win in 6 or 7. But its getting real close. These Knicks have a lot of experience, are rested and in their prime. Everyones hooping. And I think they know they will be God's if they can deliver a title to New York. Knicks are bigger than the Giants or the Yankees when they are legit.

I’d be surprised if they even took action on that or set the line so high that it would be crazy to bet on.

I’ll never understand why people think they can win with Harden. He’s now an old version of the guy who couldn’t win. He’s has never played defense and now it’s so bad it’s quite comical.

Good luck. It will be $200 to park, the tickets will run $2-3k plus for bad seats imho.

I’d love to see the Knicks get it done. I want KAT to win one so bad.

Not saying they couldn't win the series, but no way would the Knicks beat the Spurs easily. OKC and the Spurs are 1 and 1a. The Knicks a firm 3rd IMO.

Crazy it’s the second year in a row the cavs quit. Is Donovan Mitchell make anyone better or just a volume scorer?
He does not guard at all. The Cavs have gotten destroyed in their last four playoff losses. Losing in 5 to the Knicks, 5 to the Celtics, 5 to the Pacers, and swept against the Knicks. @HenryMuto - Sorry bout' your Cavs - I have seen you post on realcavsfans.com.
