Sports are over. Coronavirus ruined it and now the nba players are putting a cap in its head.
Well they are true professionals and wear their big boy pants and work. Just like the nurse at the hospital, the teacher today doing virtual learning and the guy taking your order at McDonald's.
I am not going to get into the BLM conversation but have the NBA players ever boycotted a game because an African American man or women got killed in the line of duty while wearing a military uniform while serving our country so they can have the right of Freedom to make millions of dollars to play basketball?
Players are breaching contract and advertisers should be pizzed
The nba and it’s players are nutless. If they really believed in this stuff they would cancel the season or teams would forfeit. Postponing lol friggin spineless nutless league. Go to frigging work or take a hit and quit.
not really! they are there for entertainment. on the court not off the court. see how long they protest when the money runs low. most nba players do not even have a clue that they are being played right now. keeping the masses arguing over ******** like B.L.M. is just more of the same. black, white, religion, abortion, gay, lesbian, rich, poor, the war on drugs. all effective forms of control and it happens to work .and it has worked since...well forever.

Convenient, I guess only whites are racist. YaySports nailed it above. BLM and it's supporters think Racism is a one way street that only affects blacks, and 100% of the time something bad happens. Good luck getting anywhere with that mentality.

Moving on, I imagine the games tomorrow will boycott, so every team stands together and boycotts 1 game. Personally, I'm fine with it. I'd rather have a healthy Dame, Westbrook, Luka and Porzingis.. So as to see Houston, Dallas and Portland advance (if at all possible)..

Yep, you are right. Whites have been using minorities color, religion, or sexual orientation to control, abuse, and discriminate them for time immortal!

No my friend Milwaukee refused to play then the nba postponed. Also why in the hell would the nba postpone? Who shuts down their business for no reason? Is this the new coronavirus world? We just shut down now because we don’t like something? Please. There were 20 murders in Chicago last weekend no one does a damn thing about that.

Like it or not, the most influential African Americans in the country are mostly athletes. They are using their platform to bring awareness to a serious issue in the country. I freaking love sports and want more than anything for them to be back to normal, but this is important and is bigger than sports. No one has listened to the regular people speaking up, maybe someone will now.

I was close anyway, but I'm done with the NBA. I was pretty close to being done with it anyway. Society isn't far behind.

Wait, if this is true, then what I am hearing is that in actuality, only some black lives matter. Should the movement be SBLM? I mean I'm confused, which black lives matter? See, I would think it would be all of them. But, apparently that's not correct and most likely in some crazy twisted form of logic, possibly even racist.
Yep. The only people watching the last three weeks were people sympathetic to their protests. This is a slap in their faces. Many, many people had already checked out.
I'm done with the NBA.They can do what they want to in their own time but now watching a game they shove their beliefs in our face.

If the Rockets can ever get their big3 together.. heck even just their big2 together, we can hang with anyone. Im not really concerned about the lakers as much as I'm concerned about playoff Harden.
When a certain group of people shout that they are gonna kill you, and the crime statistics bare them out, you have to believe them, right? Now, you are more likely to be a white person murdered by a black one, than the reverse. Also, if you are a black person, you are more likely to be murdered by a black person.

If they really want to take a stand then they should cancel the season. Rescheduling a few games means nothing.
Remember when some of these same players, who now want to preach about social justice, refused to take a stand against the Chinese government because it hurt their bottom line?
Just something to think about.
These games have been fun,now this is gonna wipe away what has been a great few weeks of games. If I wanted to make a choice to watch agenda driven ******** I would watch cnn or fox news. Where does this **** stop this year,you know if the election don't go thier way they gonna do the same thing riot and burn and destroy properties. What's happened to this country.
