Honestly, the outcome was correct. The Middleton 3 shouldn’t have been a foul and then the Heat would have won anyways. But I agree that it’s a pathetic way to end the game and one of the worst finishes to a basketball game I’ve seen.

Yeah, I agree. Should've worded it better, but any basketball fan can see it's bad to have refs insert themselves like that.

Tell me I'm crazy that they didn't try their absolute hardest to give this game to OKC.

This is why I'm happy we won, but was looking forward to a loss, because I think they would have nuked the team. Harden's game is reduced to barely a top50 player when it comes to the playoffs.

After the horrible endings to the games last night...that last sequence of Celtics-Raptors was basketball at its best. Kemba made a beautiful play, but Toronto made a miraculous one. God, I love this game.

Also, can the Rockets catch a break? Kept from several titles having to get by the Uber-Warriors for 4 years in a row, suffer a gut-punch when CP3 gets injured, only to have him nearly beat us at full health with OKC, and Playoff-Rondo back just in time for the entire series. Woof.

He comes from a very tough background and he brought that mentality with him to the pros . A lot of guys can’t handle playing with a guy that’s gonna call you out and hold you accountable . It’s a rumor he sent a group text out in Philly telling Ben Simmons what not to do in their upcoming game and Simmons wasn’t happy about it .

If the Heat sweep and the Celtics end up winning 4-1 ... are they going to give those teams some time off? The Eastern Conference Finals could be set on Monday (could have been Sunday if not for the miracle shot), a day before the Lakers/Rockets play Game 3 of their series.
