Some interesting ones there.
Phillips v Peoria - polar opposites facing off

Maine South v Rochester/SHG - I would prefer just Rochester since it's the 8A version of them. Would like to see how Rochester fairs since some argue they'd compete

Some of my own

Prairie Ridge v Loyola or GBW - people think their triple option is unstoppable then they play a top D and have to go to their spread offense. (Speaking from experience)

Bolingbrook v Andrew -

Homewood-Flossmoor vs East St. Louis: If it’s at home ESL wins with home cooking. At home or neutral site HF wins. Very close match up.

Marist vs Lincoln-Way East: LWE hands down.

Barrington vs Huntley: Have no clue on this one but I’ll go with Barrington for no particular reason.

Glenbard West vs Loyola: Loyola by a single score.

Lake Zurich vs Prairie Ridge: LZ in a high scoring game decided by one score. LZ makes a at least one goal line stand to make the difference.

Phillips vs Peoria: Probably Phillips but I’ll go for Peoria in this one.

hence why I want another game,.

It would mean nothing... different players, hence different teams... there's no going back. If you are PN you can say you won. If you are Fenwick you can know you won and live with morons taking it away. So they could play every year for eternity and it doesn't mean squat for last year. If PN were to win this year does that in any way validate last year? NO! If Fenwick were to win does it in any way atone for last year? NO! End of story.

True but the high school world in IL would explode,...

Peoria has 3 losses and has given up 335 points in 7 games. A great offense doesn't mean a great team. I don't get the fascination with them......

I would love to see ESL and GW.
PR-GW would be a good fall back, but ESL/GW only needs a couple of things (DGS or LP win+ the right bracketing) to fall into place to become possible.

Looks like we have a good shot at the Naz/Montini game I've been reading about since I joined the board.....

The last time that I recall Montini playing Naz in football was a freshman football game in 1995. Unlike some I don't believe the luster is off a game between these two schools. It would be a great draw and I am anticipating a great game.

Bronco man,

Last time MCHS played Naz in football was in 2002 on the freshman level. Montini won.

Wow long time ago...I mentioned it because every time a thread opens regarding open weeks I see it going back and forth, usually with each school blaming the other as to why it wasn't scheduled.
