That precedent will render every governing body in every sport or aspect of life useless as far as enforcing rules. This should be a case of ignorance of the law/rules is no excuse for breaking the law/rules. Do the NCAA rules as written allow for mediation in these disputes? A judge has inserted himself into the operations of a private association's rules enforcement.This should be a case of ignorance of the law/rules is no excuse for breaking the law/rules.
