Reading where judge has granted injunction granting Jeremy Pruitt to not have to abide by Show Cause.Basically says lack of due process.What’s left?

NCAA officially now toothless!!!
That precedent will render every governing body in every sport or aspect of life useless as far as enforcing rules. I was always under the assumption that "due process" was a right in the legal system, not in every situation where rules are enforced.

This should be a case of ignorance of the law/rules is no excuse for breaking the law/rules. Do the NCAA rules as written allow for mediation in these disputes? How does this judge have jurisdiction over enforcement of their rules?

Your last sentence is my point exactly. A judge has inserted himself into the operations of a private association's rules enforcement.
