I'm pretty sure the burden of proof back in the Tyler era was less than a blog....if you can have less than nothing, that is.

If they are moving staff from one case to another, it is one of two things

#1 This case is huge, and dirty. A lot to be investigated.

#2 They want no questions when and if Cam wins Heisman and AU wins NC. Trying to resolve asap
