But really NCAA? What else do you want? You've gotten things that only asubpoena would get you, yet you're still saying you don't have enough information. I just don't get it.

I think they are saying that if he had responded faster over the course of this, it would have been resolved faster.

They are deflecting the blame of the non-determination on him.

They just haven't done anything with it (read it, looked at it, analyzed it, etc). That's awhole new process, guaranteed to take another lifetime to sort out.

The NCAA makes the federal government look like a fine-tuned and well-oiled machine.
At this
point, it is premature to speculate on a timeframe and an ultimate
outcome.
That quote infuriates me. Basically, they are saying, "we'll get around to it when we get to it". Assuming we aren't going to challenge the statement of facts, they have the ability to make a quick turn around on this if they wanted to. There's no reason for it to be another drawn out process.

After Jackon bashedTheNinja and company a couple of weeks ago for being too slow and not replying soon enough for the NCAA tomake a ruling....look who was the one holding out.

Other than the fact that the only rules are the ones they make, and they can do whatever they want. Somebody said it a few months ago - this was the case the NCAA decided (quite arbitrarily it seems) they were going to make their big one for the year. Jackson comes along and antagonizes everyone involved, and now they get to sit on it for as long as they want.

It really seriously pisses me off, but there's absolutely nothing anyone can do.
