Considering how many points and yards weve given up against Auburn and Ga Tech, I'm a little surprised we still have defense stats that don't look that horrible. I was expecting much worse. Seeing a pass offense that is about to break 100th is something I didn't think I would see either. I think that goes back to Hevesy who seems to have done a fantastic job with the O line. They look great so far this year in pass protection and opening holes to run through. Definitely something we can build on for the future.

....after State scores its next 33 points (could well occur next week), it will have outscored Croom's entire first season. It wasn't until the 9th game (Alabama) of the 2004 campaign that Croom had amassed this many points.
