I was told that the Video Review Official in college football has to review the play in real time and cannot use slow motion or stop motion to overrule a call on the field.
I argued that he was wrong, but I was drunk and had no real idea of what I was talking about. Anyone know if this is true? It would sure explain why they get so many wrong.
