Any professional organization usually has procedures, bylaws, and a review process.
The NCAA supposedly investigates - checks the rules - ruminates - cogitates, considers, contemplates, debates, deliberates, meditates, mulls over,
questions, ponders, studies, thinks about......... endlessly - FINALLY rules - and everyone in the media agrees that this was good decision.
Then Ol Miss has the nerve to appeal.... I am scoffing along with everyone else - just knowing that they would get the door slammed in their face - but lo and behold - someone jumps up and within 2 days undoes all the previous 4 weeks and reinstates him to play immediately-a TOTAL ABOUT FACE. WTF !?!??!?
Someone explain to me how this happens?
