Let me preface this by saying, ND won the game and deserved to win. Now that I've got that out of the way- the officiating crew! The lopsided number of flags, I've watched the tape- wow. Still would like to know what caused the delay to allow the shift of the defense late in 4th qtrs on a big 3rd and 5. Again before my fellow ND fans get riled up- you won and not credit taken away- but we can all agree they were just bad!

That was really weird. Naz seemed to be in the cadence and the official blew a whistle and let ND adjust and shift their defense before naz could resume.
as I stated starting the season. This is a very young NAZ team. Racki is a great coach and they will be fine. There will be some growing pains this year and if they can stay discipline, mature, and PLAY TEAM FOOTBALL; they will be fine. Will probably finish 6-3/5-4 and make the playoffs. Once they get in the playoffs, they will make a decent run. BUT BEWARE- they will be outstanding over next year and the year after.
Sounds similar to what's going on in Lombard. Maybe a few good thumpings are good for the soul? Or ego?
EGO- you have to have confidence to create a culture. You have to have confidence to compete in sports. Naz has talent, they just need maturity which creates confidence. I am not counting them out because if the young ones get it together, they could go deep into the playoffs.
Agreed @dtlove3434. I'm just thinking this class thought this would be a cake walk, and it's proving not to be for MCHS. BR next week? Wowowwowowowowowowowow. Better suck it up and get back to fundamentals. Having Prince and Chris would help, but they need to get it together with or without.
I agree. Not to take anything from ND for the win. It just seemed like they wanted it more than NAZ! But the OFFICIATING was absolutely horrible. They made some critically mistakes that could had an impact on the game. Just brutal but this crew is always bad! At least they are consistent!
