Did anyone see their coach go after the ref after the Cal game?

I watched the play about 5 times. The absolute worst call I have ever seen. Worse the NBA continuation rule.

Wrong for going after the ref but I could understand his frustration.

I thought the same thing about the call . . . a terrible call from the video I watched.

I agree the coach was wrong in his reaction. Add him to Wade at NCState as coaches who are poor examples in handling adversity.

Lol….. we get bogus no contact calls every game. Don’t know what this guy‘s beef is.
Referees nowadays blow a whistle on what they think is going to happen not what actually happens. And yes, I do agree. It was a terrible call.

I truthfully wonder how it doesn’t happen more often. They over-officiate to start with; how MANY times have we seen a ref make a stupid call and then the offended team get a makeup call on the other end equally unnecessary. If a guy steps on a line, if a guy plainly hacks, etc then whistle, otherwise stop with the minutia and opinion.

I honestly think it would do the game, football too, a world of good to have these refs in a sit down q&a after games. Show some video and get some answers on both calls AND no calls; the little floppy haired guard for Vandy today was getting away with push offs to set up his shots that made Rod Gardner look like an amputee. As it is the stripes are untouchable.

Agreed. Carolina Panther's game is a prime example. When the announcers suggest they got hosed, it's really egregious.

If we dont think gambling (mob) has influenced sports we are nieve.
We let it in under the "theory " that everyone does it anyway (they dont) so we might as well make it legal.
Everyone might not agree but the evidence is there.
