I still only know of 2 people that has tested positive for this virus. They never even got sick just tested because they were supposedly exposed to it. Also know two other people that tested positive and never tested. They just registered and submitted paperwork and left before testing. Then they got letters in mail saying they both tested positive.

Notre Dame had to shut down and send students home, as did UNC.

You have to remember there are hundreds of millions of people in the United States but 5.52 million have been infected and 173,000 have died as a result. Still its now the third leading cause of death in the country--worst outbreak in the developed world because instead of a consolidated attack from the federal govt, each state and even municipalities are having to fight the disease off by themselves.

If many weren't actively social distancing, wearing masks, and some governors actively working to reduce the spread, then it would be much worse. Its raging out of control in basically every place that just opened back up without first bringing the disease under a standard "control" like other nations, and i.e. the state of NY did.

Hey Texass, I mean Buckhead, this is exactly what I posted a couple of months ago and you of course said too much money for season delay. So I said that if there were no student there would be no season. You were wrong when you said no delay and now you’ll be proven wrong when there be a canceled season because no students, no football. Money is driving the effort to play but the students being on campus is doing the decision to play or not to play. Again you’re a proven google idiot haha.

in fairness I’m wired with a P5 program and already had the answers. Didn’t have to search for narratives on google. When will you learn that you are owned on this site?

ACC needs to tell NC all in or all out. None of this ND is going to do what they want to do any time they want to do it. ND is a leach that is sucking the blood out of the ACC. They get their way in FB and deliver little in BB.

Only has 2,000 Twitter Followers

I only listen to people with 5K or above.

Plus where is his blue tag. From the pic it looks like he knows more about where to find cheap beer more than football.

Probably without ND its just a matter of time before others in the ACC follow suit. Campuses are not safe right now. UNC and probably some others are having problems.

Human beings are more important than forcing a game to pretend nothings happening.

Reputable tweets

Guy said his Top 5 would be Oregon, Ohio State, Penn, Harvard and some other school who isn't playing football.

One of the people praying and hoping that Football isn't played

Isn't ND one of the schools to first say they would have no fans in the stands?

Notre Dame president Father John Jenkins said the school believes the health of student-athletes can be preserved "with aggressive testing, hygiene and careful monitoring." He didn't have the same optimism about those attending games in South Bend, Indiana.

"Fans in the stadium, however, are a different matter," he said. "Fighting Irish fans regularly fill Notre Dame Stadium's 80,000 seats. I see no way currently to allow spectators unless we restrict admissions so that physical distancing is possible."

Campuses are very safe - unless you are someone who doesn't think like they demand you should.

The universities only care about two things, liability and left wing politics.

They will scam a semester of room and board, and bloated tuition costs - then screw the students over and tell them it's to keep them safe.

Hopefully theses terrible places totally collapse and we can all take turns pissing on whatever relics they leave behind.

Please just keep in mind what part of the country Notre Dame is located. Politics likely plays a part in this too. I can't see why a Notre Dame decision not to play drags down the entire ACC and then snowballs to the rest of D1 football. But, who knows whether the other conferences are looking for a way to back out. This would give them perhaps the excuse they need.

Indiana is a conservative state...Don't know what you mean by that. Plus ND is a private school.

They could be one of the first to fall out.

As you saw with CUSA we could have some schools left on the side of the road while the real ones continue.
