NDSU in year 1 of FBS goes out to Air Force and beats them. Even with that altitude.

Delaware goes out to Vandy and almost beats them in year 2 of FBS.

You think RU could do either of those right now?

I really believe we have fallen so far that we may not even make the FCS playoffs.

Ryan Carty ex UD QB. Was good. East coast guy. Needed for recruiting.

Carty barely played at UD. In 3 years he was 5/12 with 0 TD and 1 INT. He was named team captain for 2006 and then some putz named Joe Flacco stole his starting job. None of this is to throw shade at Ryan.


As a HC, he's 34-18 and 20-12. He had Jo Jo Berbudez on the roster until Jo Jo transferred to Temple.

Also like that he was KC Keeler's OC at Sam Houston State. They had Mike Dare, who transferred from the Ash Error to SHSU. Mike got hurt and medically retired.

Some worthwhile reading on Ryan. He's coached with some greats, including Chip Kelly. His Dad is in the NJ coaches hall of fame, and he has 2 brothers who are football coaches.
