[QUOTE="deedoubleyou, post: 132466030, member: 1621419"] I understand the common thought on that but dont really agree with it. Rich Rod's run offense was way more aggressive than Neal's air raid. We passed a lot so far with Neal, but he is still slow paced and boring even with the air raid. Open it up was not a good choice or words really because it sounds like passing it more. Its other things. We all know he has to go for it when the game is on the line and thats one thing he has to be less conservative with. But otherwise just pick up the pace in general, spread the defense out and use the run to set up the pass with the talent we have. Both Greene and Nicco can pass but I think we have the talent to pick up big chunks of yards in the run game with Greene and our RB's. And we could have a Tavon like weapon with the kid from Uniontown. We can be explosive and still be run focused. Neal first of all could set a more aggressive mindset in the locker room and learn how to get the team fired up. Those are the areas he lacks in, and why I dont think he will ever truly succeed here.
