Neil Brown was very nice to me and honestly so was Matt Moore and Jordan Leslie when I met them. I could talk about hunting with Jordan all day. But the bottom line is these guys are paid a lot of money to do a job that they're not getting done. If I sucked at my job the way they do I would literally lose everything. I would have to improve or change careers. Feelings can't get in the way of business and when the football program suffers everything in the University suffers. Neil Brown is a very nice guy and sadly that's backfiring on him and I hate seeing it.

Let’s also keep in mind, a football coach getting fired is a lot different than the guy collecting paychecks in a typical 9-5 job. They are very well compensated. Neal Brown getting fired might be a blesssing for him. Hard to feel bad for a guy who will collect $10 million to go away. He will probably have another HC job in the G5 by next year if he were to go today.

Yeah you are 100% right. They get paid a lot of money and they have to expect public criticism if they're not winning, and the bottom line is Neil Brown doesn't have to work another day the rest of his life if he doesn't want to. He and his family are set for life thanks for what we gave him to coach football. I feel bad for the humiliation he is having to go through now but I definitely don't feel bad over firing him. It will be good for him in the long run because this **** show will end. He's not going to win the fan base back over
