Ya Ferrari is a Smo. But any day OSU can loose is a great day I'd rather AJF win then OSU win .LOL!!! Love it. Loser Ferrari can’t come up big for his team.

Paddy majored Araujo earlier this year.I would say anOSU was missing one starter - Cannon. Gallagher and Birden at 165 is more of an open competition for the starting spot.
I still dont know how he has one, the stars aligned is how honestly. You realize Duke has a say in this and I don’t see this as a competitive match. If I have to bet I would go with a tech fall or pin. Also I don’t see Taylor coming close to winning another title.
In my opinion that is a bad look. I can’t envision a scenario I am rooting for AJ . Also Feldman seems like a good dude and in most cases happy for him to come up with the win.Ya Ferrari is a Smo. But any day OSU can loose is a great day I'd rather AJF win then OSU win .
Damn near everything came up roses for Nebraska at 2025 NCAAs.I still dont know how he has one, the stars aligned is how honestly.
No chance he goes against MesenbrinkPaddy majored Araujo earlier this year.
So whether it’s style or whatever… if this meet meant anything, Paddy would have gone.
Maybe. But Araujo was dinged up when he was majored by Gallagher at National Duals in November 2025; Araujo definitely was hurting in the latter portion of that match.Paddy majored Araujo earlier this year.

I think he has trouble with physical good guys. See KasakYou guys may be right.
my untrained eye says close one. Because Taylor will ride the edge and try to counter pj into scrambles.
pj hasn’t shaken off freestyle yet imho so that strategy favors taylor.
but if he blows the doors off, we’ll all be very happy too!
Very much in AA contention, but it seems his title chances are lower this year than ever. Some of that may be due to Mendez and Vega, but I think he’s lost an edge.
We may lose 141 and hwt but otherwise gonna embarrass nebby if this version of their team shows
I like Cole’s chances in that match IF the ref makes AJ engage on their feet! JMHOWe may lose 141 and hwt but otherwise gonna embarrass nebby if this version of their team shows up next week
And he only counted to 4 and gave it before the fourth swipe.Ref makes up for his bad stall call with a compensatory even worse one.
Unless you include hair conditioner!Feldman looked like the much better conditioned wrestler.
I can make as good of a case for 8,9 wins for PSU .![]()
Is Ohio State wrestling finally ready to take down Penn State?
No one has beaten Penn State in wrestling in over six years. That could change when the Buckeyes visit the Nittany Lions in a few weeks.buckeyeswire.usatoday.com
The Buckeyes faithful are talking themselves into believing.
I see 8 as the ceiling, don’t see us picking up wins at 141 or 285I can make as good of a case for 8,9 wins for PSU .
Actually, if you use as many ifs and 12 foot reaches you can make a case for another 10-0 shutout.I can make as good of a case for 8,9 wins for PSU .
Ryan is in midseason form too.Tan Tom threw a brick a 174, apparently only to give Kharchla a lung break before SV started. Didn't work, as Minto gets the farirly quick TD in SV to win.
AnOSU 14, Nebby 10, going into 184.
At the dual tournament Ohio Stare looked so much farther ahead conditioning wise than everybody else. I was wondering at the time how that would impact them as the season played out. Still watching, but registering some interesting data points.Ryan is in midseason form too.
Feldman vs Felon series now 2-0 for Feldman.Feldman over Felon. I am happy with that result. Sorry.......can't root for AJ.....no matter what. Feldman is a good dude. He took down Ferrari at Nebraska. That had to feel good. Did he take off his shirt and flex? Did he do a split? Flip double birds? I'm guessing no. The right guy won![]()
Van Dee had a draw on the backside too, everyone he wrestled was 18 seed and above.Damn near everything came up roses for Nebraska at 2025 NCAAs.
Matty Bianchi had Antrell Taylor beat with about 15 seconds left in the 3rd period, but took an ill-advised shot that allowed Taylor to win. Taylor was also helped when Joey Blaze somehow beat Tyler Kasak on the other side of the bracket.
Another was McDanel's path to AA in the consolation bracket, where most every favorite kept getting beat.
Yeah, Stretch Armstrong wouldn’t hold up to this writer. “Favored” at 133 & 157. “Basically toss ups” at 125 & 149. “Not massive upsets” at 174 & 184.![]()

Feldman's winning takedown was slick.Feldman vs Felon series now 2-0 for Feldman.
Fast Twitch ran out of gas and became No TwitchFeldman's winning takedown was slick.
AJ reacted like he didn't know what hit
LOL Ferr was thinking about doing his split after the loss!Unless you include hair conditioner!
No. Midlands can be unattached. Shaw has used at least 4 dates but Midlands and Kent State Open were both after the first semester ended so he could have (and likely did) wrestle unattached.Does Midlands count as a first-semester event, and therefore true freshmen must wrestle attached?
Because if so, then Ryan burned Maddox Shaw's tanshirt today, bumping him up from 149 to get majored by the defending national champ.
Davino beat Blaze once in UTB a few years ago - with Blaze winning multiple times since then with wider gaps - but so many are still picking Davino.Yeah, Stretch Armstrong wouldn’t hold up to this writer. “Favored” at 133 & 157. “Basically toss ups” at 125 & 149. “Not massive upsets” at 174 & 184.
Wonder if this writer is taking bets?
Damn, I will have to go back and watch. I thought AJ'S reaction was simply falling down.Feldman's winning takedown was slick.
AJ reacted like he didn't know what hit
Skipping ahead to the only scoring here.
Feldman won with the Quentin Wright underhook + far knee pick.
Ferrari did spend a whole lot of time going backwards. There was one sequence where he dropped to both knees and literally knee hopped backwards like he was in a race.I watched the Feldman/Felon match. Several times AJ motioned for Feldman to come at him like he was in a Mortal Kombat video. Hilariously, AJ immediately backed up...farther and farther. Both Douche and stalling. AJ was going for ride-outs....not really trying for a takedown. I hope Feldman beats him two more times this year unless Cole takes him out first at BIGs
Don't count Mirasola out. Not may thought he could beat KueterI see 8 as the ceiling, don’t see us picking up wins at 141 or 285

I thought the same and watched it a few more times. Nick never touched AJ's knee as he went for the knee pick. Nick hit the underhook hard and AJ threw his leg back so hard in reaction that he basically fell on his own. It was kinda' like an "own goal" in soccer.Damn, I will have to go back and watch. I thought AJ'S reaction was simply falling down.
That was definitely stalling and could have ended the match.Ferrari did spend a whole lot of time going backwards. There was one sequence where he dropped to both knees and literally knee hopped backwards like he was in a race.
I had that thought. That was definitely stalling and could have ended the match.
Fixed itThat was definitely stalling and should have ended the match.
