need clarification on Carr

How does redshirt rules work as far as playing time, games etc. Did Mullen burn Carr redshirt by playing him this past saturday?

because someone this weekend told me that he had already played quite a bit on special teams.

He has played in a bunch of games so his redshirt was "burned" several games ago. If by "burned" you mean that he played him so he could make a play to win us a game, then yes, it was "burned".
