Need help making this image into wallpaper.

Some of you guys are better at that than I, so please do your magic. This is a source file of the billboards that are going around. Want to my it my desktop wallpaper, but when just doing the image it distorts. Needs like a border or something to make it work. Might be cool if you add next years schedule or something. Anyway, can you guys see what yall can come up with, please. Thanks.

but it's a jpeg so it dithers if you try to blow it up at all. If it were a lossless file type it could be done but it's not going to turn out very good with this source file. Maybe someone better at dealing with dithering can have more success than I can though.

Like he said before, the image just isn't big enoughand there is some lose in quality, but maybe this is better than nothing....I tried a blowup program but this was the best I could do with it.

That's a good solution.

The Athletic Department definitely needs to release a hi-res image of this for use on backgrounds, etc.
