Need some help..dining options in Columbus

Broussard's downtown is primo with no kids. 510 5th street south. Huck's across the street is Ok as well.
I'm not sure what you mean fun for kids but Rubens Fish house downtown off the river may be good. Profits Porch but you may get lost trying to find it. Then on 45 you have Chili's, The Grill, Peppers, Little Dooey. Good mexican Tampico Bay east on college street at the end of MUW campus. Tell Carlos JB sent you....

Thank you and NO..Thankfully I am the only one in the 'hood NOT going. Very happy about that. People were asking me about places. And I didn't mean a place fun for kids. Just a place with good food, maybe a local type place that is kid friendly. And thanks so much for the info.
Ruben's had gone WAY downhill a couple of years ago when I was last in Columbus. For a good steak, go to Old Hickory. Also, for good steaks, burgers, atmosphere, etc. go to Hucks downtown on Market St. (5th St.). Mi Hacienda in the strip mall at the intersection of 82 & 45 is better than the one near MUW to me, but both are good. Also, Zachery's downtown on Market is good casual burgers, wraps, etc.
Actually Rubens went downhill starting about 15 years ago. And when that guy died from alcohol poisoning a number a years back. Its changed owners etc. But Im sure its still good. I have gotten sick twice and know of three others from mi hacienda. Mexican has always been a low point in Columbus. I go to Tampico because I have known Carlos forever. Zachary's has good bar food and probably a band. Enjoy

Had Hucks tonight. Delicious filet. We had kids with us and it was fine.
For bbq- bob Roberts bbq
cafe on mAin for lunch.
Umi is in Columbus now but there are Chinese places in and near the mall that are cheaper w hibachi grills to cook ( no show though).
