I can’t wait for baseball season to end for MSU! I don’t even watch the games any longer, I will look at the scores every once in a while.
I just don’t see how anyone can defend Lemonis for this mess. It’s never about you did in the past but what you are doing now and the future. Pretty sad! I have been a huge baseball fan over the decades, this ain’t MSU Baseball!

A new coaching staff is the main thing. They all have felled with teaching basic fundamentals.

Absolutely agree, unless you sweep twice and win 2 of 3 from one of those teams … it’s not looking good. Let’s just roll in as a 3-4 seed into ECU. Hell we might could win that lol.

I’ve had more free time the last couple years than I’ve had since I was a kid. It’s either angrily watch a game, or go do something else.

Ok, so why couldn’t there be a formal statement from the athletic department tomorrow morning to state that the baseball program would be moving in a different direction at season’s end? The product is really bad right now and there needs to be positive steps toward that direction. How do you keep the fanbase engaged and excited about Mississippi State Baseball when there’s total inaction to make it better?

Great question, and I’m all for it; bigger question is, if they **** the bed, why just tear it down now, if you expect to clean house shortly after? Selmon BETTER have had folks on speed-dial!

We are really at a point where there needs to be a pretty big-time announcement. There needs to be a splash. We have been slowly wearing down the fan base. The last series at State was sad looking on the TV.

We are terrible at the little things and sometimes the big things that are necessary to win baseball games. Lem says things like. "we practiced our asses off last night" and "we spend an incredible amount of time on infield defense". Then we go out and make errors or fail to make plays that winning teams have to make. That is 100% on COACHING. This should not even be a debate at this point.
