Why? The Biden admin had close to 2 years to prosecute it. It’s almost as if they brought it to try and extort him, which, would be 100% on brand for everything they did.

Now, I’m not sure what he did but considering NYC politics, he’s probably quilty of something. However, He announced he’s cooperating with Homan to a certain extent so maybe that was the reason they didn’t. If he helps in getting the taco eating squatters out of NYC it’s worth it.

Didn't he get on the news and tell people the Biden administration needed to help one way or the other , give money or stop the flow and then he had charges brought on him .......I'll be a son-of-a-***** he stopped talking to the news and the charges was never pushed ....but held over his head .

On Thursday, New York Gov. Kathy Hochul rejected Louisiana’s request to extradite Dr. Margaret Daley Carpenter, who late last month was indicted in Louisiana for prescribing abortion pills via telehealth to a minor patient in that state.
“I will not be signing an extradition order that came from the governor of Louisiana — not now, not ever,” Hochul said at a news conference, citing New York's shield laws, which are intended to protect physicians from criminal prosecution for providing abortion care to patients in states where it is banned.
