Hopefully this isn't old news but does anyone have any info on Trey Porter as an MSU baseball signee? Gene is listing him as a 2011 signee or commitment and I had not seen him on the list before. Here is his info:

JUNIOR COLLEGE: At MGCCC he was coached by former Mississippi State baseball player Gary Rath ... A 2011 NJCAA Second-Team All-American ... As a sophomore, Porter hit .434 for the Bulldogs in 2011 with nine home runs and 28 RBI ... His batting average and home run total were both ranked among the NJCAA'S top 30 ... He was a 2011 Region 23 All First-Team honoree and a member of the 2011 All MACJC First-Team ... In 2010, as a freshman, Porter batted .379 with nine home runs and 36 runs batted in for the MGCCC Bulldogs.
HIGH SCHOOL: Played his high school ball at East Central High School ... Helped East Central High School win the 4A state championship
His stats look really good and he evidently has some power which we could sure use. Anyone know the scoop on him?
