Decent offer list. I say great! Its a wing with size, who has been scouted for a while now by high major schools, and is a solid 3* based on all the sites.


This being the 3rd Carver player in 4 seasons(and its potentially 4 in 5 seasons)- MSU basketball has a wall around Carver High School in Montgomery.

I like what Ray is doing. Build a nucleus. College basketball is so different than it was 20 years ago just b/c of the mindset of the players coming in. They are looking so quickly to get out that it's hard to build a nucleus especially with high profile players. You can't get scrubs but at the same time - if you can build a team - it will be interesting to watch.

I've been impressed with Ray ever since we hired him. My first reaction was like everyone else's, who the 17 is he & why did we hire him. But after I looked at his resume I figured he deserved a chance & I think he's done a real good job so far.
