Every one of those counties rations their healthcare unlike us. This is especially true at end of life where the costs are greatest.
What was the name of that kid in England that could be treated at a hospital in France or somewhere, but they wouldn't allow his parents to take him there? Wish I could remember the details, but I seem to recall that it had something to do with red tape associated with the UK's UHC.
Agree, it's a very complicated issue. It sounds great in theory, but once you dig into the details, it's not so black and white.

They pay plenty of taxes and normally for a period of time if they open a plant in a state or city the "free market" allows them to negotiate what they pay a state or a city in taxes for a period of time DUE to what they will be bringing to that city or state. You only get a tax "refund" if you pay too much in taxes. People are complaining about the size of their refunds this year....why? The government didn't keep and use so many people's money all year. The people's take-home pay his been more all year but many are still complaining.... Oh well,

I thought maybe the OP was BS’ing, so I Googled “angry white male studies”.... Nothing!!!!! I then did a search on Yahoo and found plenty of links to confirm what the OP posted.

No dumbass. I’m well aware of how Google works. I slooowly typed “angry white male studies”, and as I got to the word “studies”, the auto-prompt links in the search box disappeared. I even hit the “Search” button after typing it all the way out and got nothing.
The same thing happened after the Mueller Report came out, and if you Googled “Trump indictments” you would get nothing, but you would if you did the same search on Bing or Yahoo.

Please also let me know where you traveled, how long did you stay? Did you actually receive medical treatment?
I have in all. I get regular blood drawn due to having too much iron. I have had regular wrapping tape, the tape you wrap packages and also duct tape used. (It was white). I was told to just put my finger on the blood tests for 5 minutes and it will stop bleeding.
Oh, the gauze.....toilet paper. Watched them take it off the role. It is all purpose though, restaurants use it too for napkins.
Went to a couple dentists offices too. The dentist worked on three straight patients before he washed his hands once. (I saw him every minute.) No rubber gloves either. I MADE him wash his hands.

Dont judge me, I guarantee I travel the world more than you do, and while Americans are somewhat spoiled in what we have, we have reason to be. Things in the US are far better off then alot of other countries.
I'm all for unbiased news but CNN is about as unbiased as Higgins (most American news is biased). Gun control is more about raising kids with morals and responsibilities than taking everyone elses guns to me. They can take my gun when they are brave enough to come into my house and get it. If you dont want a gun fine dont own one, but dont cry because I have alot of them. The caveat to your gun free safe free zone though is when the criminals come to my house Im gonna tell them yours is unguarded and save us both alot of hassel.

- you are 3 times as likely to go to prison for the same crime if you’re a white male in comparison to minorities
- only 10% of senators and congressman that have been elected to represent the US in the last ten years have been white males
- only 10% of white male applicants are accepted into prestigious universities
The list goes on and on snowflake, it’s been proven without a doubt that if you are a white male in the US that you have low job prospects, low ability to advance in your job, and a severely decreased chance to even be accepted to college to even get a job in the first place

Trades offers much better futures than useless majors in college if the student has to take on major debt
I hear people always mentioning trades here, and while I agree to an extent, the reality is most people don’t want to do manual labor for a living. It’s exhausting and wears the hell out of your body and whether fair or not it’s not that respected in society with some groups. It’s just not really a desirable option for the large majority of people.
