He also said Mitchell, the LB commit for Auburn is looking to switch to us as well. I don't know What to think about that considering the Browns are strong targets. I'm hoping we can get Beard since he has 3 years to play 2, but I'm thinking he ends up at UGA. Siddoway would at least give us some immediate help at a big need position. The Mitchell kid would be a great get - I'm doubting we get both Browns.

First it was down to MSU, Bama, and UF. Then it was down to MSU and UT. Now OM and Arkansas are in the mix. This guy is waffling all over the place, and I think he's going to end up going elsewhere. Someone on here also mentioned we were recruiting him as an RB. I can't confirm that, but I wonder how much that is playing into this. I just hope he doesn't take Coman with him if he leaves. Coman went crazy this year on the field and really showed out. He is a very underrated 2 star and I think he would end up being a solid contributor for us down the road. </p>

are is it just take whichever will come? I did notice Siddoway is listed about 3 inches taller than Beard. Might be a factor since we are specifically looking for a Tackle. 6'3 (Beard's height) is a little short for what most OTs are today.
Leland Ducksworth's injury situation? I assume we will honor his offer as well. Believe he got a knee ligament tear during the playoffs. Hopefully he will be able to come back full strength from that.
azzuri does a great job on the tracker but I wasn't sure of open spots. What else am I missing that we want versus spots.

he would have to sit out unless he got some kind of waiver. We HAVE to have a 3rd QB available to PLAY next year if we get some QBs dinged up. Heck, I saw TR tweeked a knee yesterday in practice just yesterday and may be out for a while.
not exactly sure how Division 1 FCS to Division 1 FBS transfer rules work. Hadn't thought about that caveat since they are both technically Div 1.
the o-line being weak next year..........I mean, you lose Saulsberry, Lawrence and Carmon and maybe Tobias Smith..........That's gonna put a lot of pressure on some of those young pups........

If you transfer up, it's no different than any other transfer. Still, I would be surprised it we'd even be interested in Bridge as a walk on. He made a couple of big plays agains us last year and a lot of us think he's a lot better than he really is because of that.
hopefully Smith will return...Clausell and Day got tons of experience, and both played decently down the stretch...we have another juco pegged to play Center...guys that were back-ups this year will now be in their 3rd year in college and more ready to play <div>hotdigitydog said:
