New Culpeper HC

Anybody know much about this coach? 24-58 record over 8 years doesn't sound very exciting.

Couple of things
1. The guy that left before him had a 30-50 record almost identical to his. So lets not confuse Culpepper High School with Westfields or Highland Springs.
2. Pay in their county is pretty bad. Hard to attract an experienced coach to go to a place that does not pay well compared to surrounding area districts.
3. School has to align coaching job with teaching. If PE job was only spot available it narrows your search.

Again I do not see the shock if the person hired had the same record as the person that left.

There were more experienced and qualified people interviewed. This hire is a surprise. I coach that used to be in the 757 is the one I think should have gotten it. You never know how things shake out. I wish Culpeper well.

I don't think anyone is shocked....considering who they've hired the past 3 or 4 times. This is the first FB coach hire for this AD though. Not sure if the AD or the Principal is making the call.

Didn't the principal come from Prince Edward? Wasn't he the AD at PE then principal at Windsor? The stars aligned in this case.
