So, according to genespage, the M-State that is on the "Dan is the Man" t-shirts is our new logo? Does anyone else want to shoot themselves if this is true... I mean, we would look like Wal-Mart State University. God, what is our university doing.

i sent a polite email to great telling him how badass he is but how horrible and cheap these logos are. just compare it to the interlocking MSU logo and you know we can do much better even if we cant have that exact logo.Incognegro said:
Send something to the marketing department... the athletic department has no control over this and is actually against it. Surely we can stop this from ruining our image. I sent a polite (bitchy) email to the head of the marketing department. Everyone should do the same.
I sent mine to Kristy Riley, the director of marketing per MSU's employee directory. Her email is [email protected]. She might not be the right person, but she'll at least know who is.
The good news is that if you look at the picture from the Hump in the Clarion-Ledger, you can see that Mullen is wearing a black jacket with the Adidas logo.msu4life07 said:

whether you like it or not. You can thank Doc for hiring a branding/logo consulting firm for some absurd amount of money. They came up with the 300 different logo's that Jack at Shelter showed us here. So that new logo is here to stay. I was hoping for something diffrent.
