I think Purdue will be a top 10 team all year, but I don't see them as a title team.I was very impressed, especially with our depth, last night but I think you are right. It was just an exhibition game in October and I think they will prove to be a better team than we saw last night. A tournament game with them should be a battle but I'm not afraid of them at all and have confidence in our guys but it believe it would be a tough game.
TKR and Braden Smith are great, they have great chemistry and can score points on anyone.
But smith doesn't spread the court with good outside shooting, in fact, he passes up a lot of wide open looks.
TKR lacks size and their other bigs were kinda meh.
The one that is going to hurt them the most, is Fletcher Loyer. He’s too casual. He wants to float 0n the perimeter and just be a spot up shooter, but he can’t defend his position against good 2's and 3's and he's not a threat to beat his man off the bounce.
What we saw with them, was when Braden was on the bench, they had nothing going. Braden is going to be tired at the end of this year and that's if he can stay healthy.
