That top graphic is only a worst-case scenario, if USACE were to decide not to open Morganza and IF levees fail all over the place.

If they open Morganza, which they will likely do in the next 4-5 days, there will be little to no flooding in BR and NOLA as seen in the bottom left part of the graphic.
