Boyd's World has us at 26 and Warren Nolan has us at 24. Nolan has our schedule strength rated 16th. Looking at the weekend's schedule, looks like LSU will probably be back in the thick of things as they host UT. Sure would have liked for them to have been done when they roll into DNF, but probably not.

hoping they would be at least 3 behind us like they are now and pretty much out of Hoover when they come to town. But that also looks highly unlikely. Come on UT, nut up for the coach these last 2 weekends. Sure would be fine if they would catch a little stride against LSU and AU.

Auburn has TN after AL so you would think aub would win 2 from UT
OM/MSU somebody has to win 2 of the 3

LSU would probably have to win all 6 to get in the 8th spot

I can almost assure you that if LSU is somehow able to catch us then OM and Auburn will finish ahead of both MSU and LSU and neither MSU nor LSU will make the tourney. LSU, to make the tourney, would have to sweep 6 straight even to have an outside chance and then they would also have to hope that OM and Auburn both have losing records the rest of the way.

there is a single team in the west that has the inside track to a first place finish. It is as wide open as it could be. Bama has to finish with SC. Arky has to finish with UM. AU does get UT on the final weekend, but have to face Bama this week. What a charlie foxtrot.
