Always loved the theory in the NFL that half the playoff teams change every year. Region C let’s see how that held up
2018 teams (I cannot remember seeds)
Radford
Glenvar
Appomattox
Gretna
James River
Giles
Buckingham
Fort Chiswell? (Trying to remember)

2019
Returning teams: Radford, Gretna, Appo, Glenvar
New teams: Floyd, Dan River, Patrick, Chatham

Now I know Buckingham moved our while Patrick moved in but still cool. Does this pattern of 50% new teams hold up in other regions?

Region D has three new teams: Gate City, Marion and Tazwell.
Battle, Virginia High and Grayson County (who dropped to 1A) are out.

Man I didn’t realize SD wasn’t in last year, then I looked and saw they went 3-7 in 2018! Great turnaround to get to 9-1 and the 1 seed! Radford had a similar turnaround from 2017 to 2018
