I know thisdiscussionhas taken place on here several times, but I wish we would find a good looking uni and stick with it. And maybe have an alternate that we stick with as well. And while I'm in the mood to complain, I really don't like the white tops with maroon pants. I think we should wear all white and put away the maroon pants.
That being said, I agree about the maroon pants. I like white pants with maroon tops and white tops. I always thought the white pants, white jerseys, maroon helmets looked really good.
I think that is the Snow Bowl game retro uniforms we will be wearing against TAMU he was referring to, but not the main unis
You can't make as much merchandising money selling the same uniform you're always sold. That's why you're seeing so many teams change uniforms every couple of years and wear so many "special" uniforms. I don't see this trend reversing any time soon.BogeyGolfer said:

I kind of like the flying-M helmet in very limited quantities. Like homecoming only- maybe have throwbacks for homecoming.
I'm actually fairly open to new uniform ideas, and I wouldn't mind being the Oregon of the SEC. The main things I don't like are the M-State logo, although the new one is more tolerable and the white helmets with the exception of what I mentioned above.

I agree with the 'black' thing. No reason in the world to be wearing black. Changing to the black uni's hasn't really helped us in the past. It won't in the future.
