Most of them have already been broken, since it's been more than ten hours, but what are/were yours?
Mine was to "unignore" a certain person, being in a forgiving mood and following Sky's lead. So far so good.
Anyone resolve to be kind to our brothers in Chapel Hill? (I thought not).

Btw it is of high probalitly that that was indeed me being “ignored” with a even higher probability that he won’t even see this. Either you can (tolerate) me or you (hate) me, there ain’t no inbetween. Good thing is I don’t give a damn. :D;)

Not you either, Ipsy. I actually enjoy your psychosis!

Recently lost 42lbs.....gained 8 back.
Getting back on the wagon!!

That's good. About 6 or 7 years or so ago I weighed 268. I'm only about 5'8" and that is by the way they list players height on rosters. That was not good. Today I weigh about 218 which is still too much but I'm getting there. My doctors tell me that's the weight to do it. Steady decrease with no increasing. People ask me how I'm doing it and I just say that I don't eat as large portions as I used to. I'm not getting a lot of excersize. My mom started losing weight about the same age. Keep it up. OFC

I made a New Year's resolution a few years ago to not make New Year's resolutions. I don't want to break that resolution now. It's kind of like apologizing for something that you know you are going to do again. It is not genuine.

I have a marathon to run in March. I resolve to never do another one again. The training is killing me. This will be my third and final one!

Good for you, in two ways....1) going through the process and following through, and 2) for knowing when enough is enough...hahaha.

I don’t really do resolutions, either.

After the summer of 2017 I quit playing baseball at 40 years old. The last 10 or so years I made it a point to workout and stay in shape for baseball. Well, last year I knew I wasn’t playing and just sort of stopped caring. I’ve added about 20 pounds since and am just not in the shape I used to be. About two months ago I made a concerted effort to get back into it. I’ve dropped 10 pounds just by being more diligent and caring. So, I guess, my goal is to keep that going and stay active.

Oh yeah....I’m going to play more golf this year, too.

I stopped making New Year’s Resolutions years ago because I always made the same resolutions and usually ended up breaking them within the first month of the new year lol

- to stick with my intermittent fasting plan
- to stop quickly being an “a-hole” and be more tolerant of what I may perceive as potential ignorance

Oh yeah, and to not have a “blown” anything and create my own ‘crutin mafia.

No soda. No fast food. No spend challenge (basically not buying crap I don’t need).

Wasn’t strong enough to make one of mine last one day. Can I get a mulligan and start tomorrow?

No booze, sugar, grains, pizza, and hot wings until I reach the 145 lb to 155 lb mark. I have about 40 lbs to drop, but I am a runner. In addition, I am going to volunteer to become a conditioning/defensive soccer coach for one of the high school varsity boys soccer teams where I reside. I played two years of Juco soccer and miss being around the game. Also, to not get upset easily and to enjoy every single day to the fullest and to not take anything in life for granted.

Tell me more about this. I mean, I know what it means, but what's your experience been with it?

He told me about it. I was already doing low carb and I added the intermittent fasting to it and it was dropping off of me quick.
