Tell me more about this. I mean, I know what it means, but what's your experience been with it?
It works and it truly evens you out. My advice, though, is to ease into it. If the goal is 16 hours fast/8 hours eating, then start a week with 12/12, then a week at 14/10, then get to 16/8. Once a week I throw in a 24 hour water fast or a 20/4 fast. Mixes things up a bit. Let me know if I can help further.
