David Turner, a buddy of Joker Phillips, could be courted by Kentucky.
Tubbs might be interested in Greg Knox.
Melvin possibly looking around.
Still need a DC.
Lots of recruits still up in the air.

We could be looking to fill 3 or 4 coaching spots. I, for one, hope we don't promote Turner to DC. He can go to Kentucky if I have to choose between the two. I would hate to lose Knox. Hopefully Mullen will make a splash with the DC hire and keep Knox. If we lose Turner, I am confident we can find a suitable replacement.

Another note, I read where Scott Sallach (sp?) is in contact with Ben Beckwith as a walkon candidate...this made me wonder what the hell Sallach does.

Cohen, Stansbury and the Kang himself to be on the sidelines. It's possible that the golf and soccer coaches along with Fanning-Otis could help out as well. I am not worried at all.</p>

the TE's coach or something like that? I know that he and Mullen are really good friends.

I could see Turner leaving if he doesn't get the DC job at MSU. I would like for Melvin to stay for his recruiting, and the same with Knox. Although, an entirely new defensive staff may not be all that bad of a thing. Some fresh blood may be good. It could turn out to be Ron Cooper II as well, though.
