If cal is back in this already toxic environment just wait til we miss the tournament next year. Yes there will be no first round loss next year, because we won't make the tournament. Just imagine the mounting pressure for the players next year after each loss. You think there is clutter this year cal, you ain't seen nothing yet!!

I just don't see how mb cant see this scenario and how HIS job could be in serious jeopardy about this time next year. And, he has the chance right now to rectify the problem.
Next year will be team turmoil x 10. Not necessarily because of the players but because of Cal & his situation.

It's actually pretty difficult to miss the tournament at UK. Cal managed to do it a couple of times.
