Call me crazy, but if I were the Raiders, I would hire Kevin Stefanski and draft Mendoza. I think he is a good coach who the Browns crippled. I mean, who drafts two QBs?

Raiders, Browns, Jets and Cowboys really just need to gut the entire organization. Whoever is responsible for making hires should be escorted out of the building.

Cowboys homer here who has a love hate relationship with Jerah BUT it's hard to take a comment serious when it compares the Raiders, Browns and Jets organizations to the Cowboys. Sure, Cowboys are on a 30 year drought but they have more SBs than all those teams combined even if you only count the time Jerahs owned the Cowboys.

Don't confuse playoff wins with winning. Those teams you grouped them with haven't won consistently in decades. The Cowboys have been in the top half of the league in winning % for decades. In the end the SB is all that matters but to group the Cowboys with the Jets....the freaking Browns is either ignorant of history or just plain Cowboys hating which is cool but don't try to hide it with a garbage comparison.

edit to correct:
Raiders SB wins = 3
Jets SB wins = 1
Browns SB wins = 0
Cowboys SB wins with Jerah = 3
Cowboys total SB wins = 5
Forbes Most valuable sports franchise in the world......just laughable comparison

How many Super Bowls in the last 30 years? Heck, how many playoff wins?

Dude, I clearly stated 30 year draught. They have been successful in the regular season but it has not translated to the playoffs with Romo or Dak but to compare them or the Cowboys to the Jets or Browns is cartoonish. Even the Raiders is a stretch.

Silly guys. The goal is to make money.

All NFL teams are money making machines. But sometimes you have to change parts to any machine. Not to make it better, just to keep it running.

Winning past a certain point gets exponentially expensive. Why waste the money with 99% risk.

This. Guys like Jerry Jones love to talk about winning, but that's not what motivates them. As long as the value of the cowboys keeps going up, he's happy, and he feels like they're doing what they need to do.
