One thing I can say is that Sunday will be miserable for me if The Boys lose because my 69'er fan / best friend is gonna skull 17 me.
I'd go opposite on the 'boys. Played in Tampa Monday night then across the country to play in SF in 6 days.
They deserve that nickname now more than they did 30 years ago when it became popular. The most beautiful city I've ever been to now has streets full of used syringes and human fecal matter but it's a crime to fire up a fine cigar but it's okay to smoke the baloney pony right out in the open.
Greyhound out of Tampa Tuesday morning. I heard their first rest stop was Monday night on the side of the highway outside Dorsey, MS. Luckily an old lady who hadn’t had a bath in a week had packed 200 ham sandwiches and she shared them with the team. A meth head trying to get to Little Rock broke open a bottle of Old Crow to take the edge off. Barring a breakdown, and taking into account the stops at every sign post, they should arrive in SF just about game time tomorrow.
