NFL Network Saints Blackout??

Said they are having NFL Network outages in certain areas, in multiple states, and are working to resolve the issues. Very convenient for an outage of the one channel I wanted to watch at the time I wanted to watch it. He said they don't have a time frame as to when it will be resolved, to which I responded well it doesn't matter now, the game will be over in an hour.
Guess I should have just watched the malnourished gymnasts on CBS.

i work for directv, and the person you were speaking with on the phone made that up and they should get fired for being an idiot.
It was blacked out because Fox Broadcasting had won the right to air that game and it was being played on local Fox. If your Fox didn't air it then you are sorry out of luck.If you live anhour or so from the stadium Fox wasn't airing itlocally because they wantyou to go pay to see the game live in person.
DirecTV must abide by black out rules established by the NFL and NFL teams.

Tricky situation for Dish subscribers on the coast because we get WXXV Fox as our local channel, but Fox 8 in NO broadcasts the game. NFL network feed was blacked out. I was disappointed, but it worked out well since I found something better to do.
I am wondering if I'll get Saints games here during the season, even tho I'll have my new DirectTV and Sunday Ticket by then. We'll see what happens.
Last week was a similar situation: another game was on WXXV while the Saints played on Fox 8. That one wasn't on NFL Network, tho. Bottom line is that I haven't seen the Saints yet this pre-season. I hear they've been stinking, but I haven't seen it for myself yet.

and it was still blacked out. That doesn't make any sense! DirecTV did not do their job and find which local stations where airing the broadcast because they are lazy!!!
