Lots of optimism from Vikings camp. Probably the most I've seen since 2000. Dope new stadium, dope young defense, dope coach, etc. Still think it's Green Bay's to lose in the NFC North, but the Vikings' rebuild is way ahead of schedule.

Haven't heard a word about the German kid they drafted since the draft. Anyone know how he is looking?

A better term would be anyway. Romo has proven to be valuable but also a thorn of the team in a crucial moment.

Dak has looked very good!

Who Dey!

Dak is a beast but there will be a learning curve about not only the offense but when to pass vs. run. The NFL has large, fast men who can hurt you.

My team's defense will be middle of the road at best but the offense can put up 50 any given Sunday if everybody lays off the weed.

Win the AFC North, win Superbowl #7.

WHat was Romo really going to give them this year? Or the rest of his career?

Might be a blessing in disguise.

Btw, how many more injuries need to happen before a team flips the bird to the Pre-season? Pats and Bills both have mounting injuries. Enough to have huge ramifications on the season. I never understand this.. why would you not just run your entire 2nd and 3rd string all pre-season, to preserver the starters and get a better evaluation on the backups?

Got the draft class right, will need another one in 2017 and I think the talent will be just right for the 49ers again. This team will have a very good O'line and I think maybe a underrated crop of cb defenders.

We'll win 4-6 games but look a lot better and mark my words if we draft right and stay under the cap next year is where my team makes it's move again.

Just gotta do this season first.

Looking forward to the bengals/jags tonight to get a glimpse into the regular season. Romo can't catch a break(no pun intended)

At this point I think Romo should retire.

Dak has looked good but preseason is so watered down I wouldn't be too quick to draft him for my fantasy team.

One of the points of the last CBA was that practice and camp time was significantly reduced.....and the time that they still retained was watered down with a ton of more rules. This has really ticked off the coaching staffs around the league. Right now coaches feel that preseason is the only time they have available to put their players in pseudo-game situations.

Anyone here have NFL Sunday ticket? If so have you called to try to get them to lower the price? I've had success in the past. $360 for Ticket and Max is a crazy price, going to call in the next couple of days.

It's a shame what happened to bridgewater. I hate Louisville as much as the next guy but I want to see Zimmer succeed in Minnesota if he isn't playing the bengals. I hate that Tate got cut, but erickson looks to be ok and someone will pick Tate up

Worried about a Week 1 loss for the Bengals. Eifert is out and Green will be making a visit to Revis Island. Don't trust the rest of the WRs and TEs until they prove themselves.

D line has looked amazing, but we lost two key pieces of the secondary in free agency (Nelson and Hall).

Not skeerd of the Jets and Mr. Fitzpatrick.

Panthers choked last night. Couldn't take advantage of Denver mistakes.

Revis looked slowed up for a bit, but apparently he's back on a tear. That dude treats his body like a temple and his training and focus are on another level... still not sure which version we will see. If it's Revis Island 2.0.. could be trouble..

Fitz still blows.. I doubt he does anything. But the Jets have a scary front 7.. and are pretty sound everywhere else.

I'm still thinking Bengals by a TD or two.. mostly cause Fitz is such a nutsack.

If this new QB for Broncos can duplicate Peyton's "decent" season prior.. it may be a wrap.

Siemian played real well considering it was his first outing, first game of the season, opening night for the league, whose shoes he has to fill and the defense he had to play against. He had that tip-pick towards the red-zone but Booker also coughed up the ball the possession prior.. That game could have been a 2-TD win..

Imagine what this kid will do with some more confidence, more reps with his team, and against a crappy to mediocre defense..

If he just game manages and doesn't make many mistakes, Broncos going back to back.

WOO JET UP!! Can't Wait -Bart Scott voice.

Gonna be a good one. This entire game will ride on Fitzy.. If Bengals can get to him or he decides to blow like everytime he gets paid... it'll be a long day.. But if he comes out revitalized I like the Jets chances..

Why can't fitz just throw 5 inches higher.. His passes get batted down wayyy to often.

Still Jets looking good otherwise.. . I think they come away with the win.

I went to a UK/Florida game once. The Kentucky defense had 7 picks and still lost. That's how the Jets feel today.

Who Dey!!!

That was a good road win for Cincy. Jets are def a top12 team.. Maybe top10. And that defense is top5.. Cincy *should* get back to another 10 or 12 wins..

Just stop letting the Steelers live in your hesds...

Haven't had time to do my research. What's wrong with the Bengals' O line?
Haven't played together long enough. Ogbeuhi hasn't played since the first pre-season game but is as talented a guy as they have while making his first career start. They seem to love Bodine but I'm guessing he's the weak link overall yet they shouldn't be giving up 7 sacks again I wouldn't think.

Let's see if they actually miss Andre Smith at RT. Long term I'm betting no.

That ain't just the O-line.. Gotta pay respek to the Jets front 7, best in the league. They're gonna terrorize every O-line this year. I wouldn't worry TOO much about the Oline performance.

Revis wasn't as bad as people will say come Monday. Gilchrist was awful. Him and the kicker. Revis definitely lost a step, but that still keeps him at, or close to, the top of secondary players.. The problem is the rest of the secondary is young and inexperienced. We no longer have Cromartie and his 17 kids to help out.

I still blame Fitz. If the QB can get all the credit, then he should get all the blame too. How many times did he BARELY clear the defenders heads? Enough for 4 batted passes? That's noting new.. it happened all last season. He's wildly inaccurate.

He's a bottom tier QB and will be what holds the Jets back. If you ranked all 32 starting WBs, I'm taking at least 20 over him and the Jets are making the playoffs.

Fitz is limited in size and talent but is the starter because Geno Smith is so awful. His line did well giving up 1 sack but their run blocking will help whoever is behind center. Still they might win if not for the Marshall drop on the last drive. It wasn't a perfect ball but he got 2 hands on it. Basically it never gave them a chance to run it again afterwards.
