Now, let me preface this by saying that it's not the fault of the starting QB when your defense gives up 41 at home, when you give up a blocked FG for a TD, when the center snaps it early with a minute left to turn it over again, and when you lead your own offense to a billion yards in spite of losing your most dangerous weapon, but....

I thought on the goal line fumble he got totally selfish. CAP would have easily scored there in my opinion if Nick hands him the ball. Trying to pull it back and score the TD himself is what caused the fumble.

nick choked. after all the aubie wins that they pulled out of their ***, I'm sure everybody watching expected a go-ahead TD on the goal line fumble, and at least a tying fg on the clincher.
Nick will be on suicide watch.
Gus will go home and beat his wife.
The rest of aubie nation will get ready for the peach bowl/
bwahahahahahahahaha

I didn't think about it being selfish. I just thought it was a dumb, really late, read option decision. You can't wait that long with the ball in the RB's belly and try to pull it back. But, yes you're right it was a score before that decision.
