Not sure who that is but I still don't know how Matt Jones is/was that fast. Fastest slow guy I've ever seen. Looked like he was running in mud and nobody could catch him. He destroyed us all by himself.

Yeah I kinda didn't separate those two thoughts well enough. Was more referencing how he was dropping bombs from long range. I agree, Shan Foster was in no way a RAT
