Texas has got to be one of the worst coached teams in the conference to have an NBA lottery pick and another couple of really good players and be 6-11 and a bubble team. Rodney Terry is not a good coach. If you switched Jans and Terry, Texas would be top four in the league and we might have won 2-3 SEC games.

Yet people want Jans fired. He has a top 10 recruiting class coming in. Jans is finally getting Howland talent, yet we want him gone because the back half of this season hasn’t be ideal

I don’t think anybody wants him gone. At least nobody with a brain. He is a really good coach, and probably about the best coach we could get here. It is frustrating that we are blowing what is supposed to be the easiest part of the schedule and choking away what could have been a great season into merely an ok to good season. If we go one and done in the NCAA Tournament again, it will be a disappointment.
