All players have a choice. Choose the NIL route and make money off of your NIL. Or choose the schollie route and take the tuition, room, board, books, stipend, tutors, etc..... If you choose the NIL route you better be ready to put in some time to make the money. How money is made from your NIL for game time, presser appearances, jersey numbers, etc is yet to be determined. But you can get an outside gig to promote area businesses. That in itself could be lucrative. It could also be very shady with high valued recruits getting paid big bucks to to to XYZ school and be immediately set up with contracts with local companies.What about those athletes that won't be able to profit off their name. You know the walk on players or ones that don't shout star of the team. Not everybody is going to make the same amount. That's where the problem is.

IMO the NIL route is a dumpster fire waiting to happen. Could just ruin college sports.
