You do know they look beyond grades right?

If you'll read my post boom, at least my original post, this kid was involved in a lot of school and extracurricular activities outside of school. I can literally guarantee you, that there if the student was non-white, he would've been accepted.

Well this kid certainly was. According to your line of reasoning, only minorities can be discriminated against. A demonstrably false line of reasoning
Stanford accepted a few over 2000 students out of a pool of over 43k. I suspect most of those were very good students in high school, many were valedictorian, but less than 5% of those who applied were accepted. Maybe the kid you know didn't measure up to those 5% for any of a number of reasons. I'm sure he's a great kid, and he's obviously very bright. If he applies himself wherever he goes to school, he'll be successful. If he feels slighted by the Stanford issue, he should get over it. That does him no good. You painting him as a victim does him no good either.

My point was he is white and did not get in. If he had been a minority he would've gotten in and if you were intellectually honest you would admit it. Recent episode showed that if you're a social justice warrior you get in.

By the way, scoring a perfect score on your SAT is much more difficult then getting into Stanford percentage wise.

I bet he would have been accepted if he could hit a 3 pointer in BB or throw a football 60 yards while on his knees.

Can I ask, what school did your perfect example end up going to?

Oppression happens to many. I GREW UP IN WV JAG-OFF. But let's not be baby's about the little we suffer as the **** goes round and lands. Very few avenues are blocked for whites, due to race.

No, wrong again my friend. Does it get tiresome being so wrong, so often? My wife is Lebanese and Syrian. Nice try. I hang around more Muslims that you likely have known in your life. This is not about Muslims. It is all about social justice warriors.

Are you honestly making the argument that if this kid were a minority, he would not have gotten in? Absurd argument in the extreme. He cited how hard it is to get into Stanford on a percentage basis. Scoring a perfect SAT score is much, much more rare. Perfect GPA, perfect SAT score, lots of school activists and lots of community activities. But he didn't write black live matter on his application. He was not a social justice warrior. That is the difference.
